Employees of long-term care facilities now have more educational options thanks to a new partnership between Redilearning and Skillsoft.
The agreement will make available to providers of senior care more than 100 courses and videos aimed at team building and strengthening business skills in operations, information technology, human resources and leadership.
The partnership also will allow organizations to incorporate Skillsoft content into their training strategies while automating course distribution and tracking achievement through Redilearning's management system.
