PointClickCare staffers earn assisted living admin certification

More than a dozen employees of Canada-based PointClickCare have earned the Certification for Assisted Living Administrators (CEAL) designation.

Known for its cloud-based software platform that allows communication between healthcare providers, caregivers and long-term care administrators, PointClickCare earned the designation after its employees completed both classroom and hands-on clinical learning. Additionally, each was required to pass the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards test before being awarded the CEAL certification.

"PointClickCare is committed to delivering health information technology that meets the unique and changing needs of our customers," said Indira Jagernath, vice president of professional services at PointClickCare, in a press release. "The greatest complement to our leading technology is the best-practice driven implementation services and training that we provide. With the ability to intimately understand the specific business challenges our customers face, we are able to be a stronger partner for them."
