Acquisition adds support to senior living operations software

Cary, N.C.-based Dude Solutions Inc. has acquired Toronto-based Windmill Software, including its flagship senior living operations software, TheWorxHub.

Dude Solutions, a 15-year-old software-as-a-service (SssS) provider specializing in operations management, will now open its first office in Canada as a result of this purchase.

TheWorxHub is an integrated suite of operations service delivery applications being used in more than 650 senior living communities throughout the U.S. and Canada. With this acquisition, Dude Solutions will now be able to provide software support in the areas of housekeeping, room bookings, transportation, inventory, security and information technology.
