-We actually just had a few of them comment and write a “thank you” note to our dietary staff for the wonderful meals they receive daily.

-They have a choice of what they want and when they want to eat

-#1 complaint, and rightly so: We have short order cooks who cannot think outside the box. We are killing our residents, especially diabetics.
