MatrixCare launches next generation CRM
The industry has a new customer relationship management (CRM) tool as MatrixCare launches its Marketing Essentials CRM solution today at the 2016 Argentum Senior Living Executive conference in Denver.
The solution includes customizable user dashboards to track marketing actions and referral sources and integrates data from MatrixCare’s Marketing solution suite, which superceded its well-known REPS Leads product in fall 2015.
“In the fast growing, fiercely competitive senior living industry, a CRM tool is no longer a nice to have; it’s a need to have,” said President and CEO John Damgaard, in a corporate statement. “MatrixCare Marketing Essentials gives providers a powerful tool that helps them convert prospects to residents, measure staff performance, and maximize occupancy, all in no time flat.”
