Stanley adds support program for resident monitoring systems

Waltham, Mass.-based Stanley Healthcare has launched a comprehensive support program for its resident monitoring systems to improve safety through better installation and implementation.

The By Your Side program provides assistance for senior living facilities in planning, installing and maintaining the company’s emergency call, wander management and real-time locator services. The service provides consultation and design guidance on the best ways to implement and integrate its solutions, 24/7 technical support with managed software updates and an online community that offers interaction with peers and access to support resources.

“Stanley Healthcare recognizes that selecting and installing a resident safety solution for emergency call or wander management is just the first step towards resident safety,” Gene Borys, vice president of sales, senior living at Stanley Healthcare, said in a press release. “There is a whole series of activities—from staff education to software updates to maintenance—that also need to happen on a regular basis. The By Your Side program gives our customers these necessary supports, while also enabling them to learn best practices from peers so that they can maximize resident safety, meet their reporting requirements and manage risk.”
