Signature HealthCARE acquires six Kindred Healthcare SNFs
On Wednesday, Signature HealthCARE added six skilled nursing facilities to its roster in a transaction with Kindred Healthcare. Signature enters the Indiana market with three of the new acquisitions.
Signature President and CEO Joe Steiner said in a Business First article, “We are continuously exploring potential growth opportunities, and we felt these buildings and communities were a great fit for Signature’s culture and business model.”
The 850 employees of these six properties bring Signature’s total number of employees to nearly 14,000. The company now operates 78 nursing centers in seven states.
