Healthcare CRM software company expands into LTC
Indianapolis-based hc1, the highest-rated healthcare customer relationship management software vendor in the 2016 KLAS Ratings, is bringing its experience in hospital and laboratory customer relationship management to the senior living market.
The company’s data analytics systems can help senior care facilities track length of stay, costs per payer, readmissions, referral sources and other metrics for benchmarking. Benefits eligibility, admissions turnaround time and even employee background checks all contribute to quality business processes where data is available within a single platform across care settings.
American Senior Communities, an Indiana long-term care chain, has replaced its manual processes with the hc1 platform to track and compare data across its 87 locations.
“hc1 brought better access to data for our team, which provided immediate value,” said Angela Norris, RN, Vice President of Contracting & Business Integration for American Senior Communities in a press release. “Having a healthcare-specific CRM solution equipped our team to proactively track and manage everything in one platform across multiple facilities. Now we are a strategic, value-focused partner to our referring providers.”
