TouchPoint Inc. buys InterMetro’s healthcare technology assets
TouchPoint, Concordville, Pa., has acquired the healthcare assets of InterMetro Industries (Metro), a leading manufacturer of storage and transport technology. Metro’s healthcare line includes mobile medication dispensing carts, automated dispensing machines, computer carts and wall-mount storage systems.
TouchPoint will form a new subsidiary called TouchPoint Medical to combine the new Metro assets with its previous portfolio of Vanas Medical Storage Solutions, Mediwell Systems, Ltd. and Supply Point Systems’ intelligent vending platform.
