Software companies tackle medication management

Vitals Software and Creative Strategies are combining forces to improve medication management and reduce prescription errors in assisted living facilities.

The software companies will integrate and jointly market their technologies to create a closed-loop process for resident care assessment, care planning and care delivery with dynamic reassessments whenever a resident’s needs change.

Vitals Software provides senior living software applications for independent living, assisted living and memory care communities.

Creative Strategies provides medication and care management software to optimize and error proof the shared process among caregivers, pharmacists and residents to ensure highest level of clinical excellence for senior care, assisted living and corrections markets.
