CMS seeks feedback on quality reporting
Health Care Innovation Services of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking input from inpatient rehabilitation and hospice service providers regarding the quality reporting programs associated with those services.
CMS specifically is seeking feedback on the programs’ “strengths, weaknesses, priorities and burdens” as well as information on how providers ensure the accuracy of submissions, how the quality reporting process affects services and outcomes and how CMS can improve the programs and their associated processes.
Those who are interested in being interviewed this month or next month should email help@hcareis.com. Interviewees will be sent a list of questions and topics before their interviews, and resulting reports will not identify specific providers.
See the links in the first paragraph for more information on the CMS quality reporting programs.
