AOD acquires Stratis, adds home care
AOD Software has acquired Stratis Business Systems, adding a home healthcare component to AOD’s portfolio. The deal adds a home care component to AOD’s portfolio of software and cloud-based solutions for senior living environments.
"As senior living facilities continue to provide more care outside their facility walls, it will be critical that they have solutions that work seamlessly together in each care setting," said Aric Agmon, president and CEO of AOD in a press release. "We are certain that the experience and expertise each organization brings, along with their shared culture of client service and innovation, will enhance our solutions that are well aligned for this growing need."
The acquisition will give AOD access to Stratis’ established relationships with more than 300 home care agencies. The combined company will offer integrated business and data management systems for skilled and assisted living, including electronic health records, care plans, customer management, billing payroll, while also adding Stratis’ home care-specific software and systems.
