Senior living operators are being challenged to meet the expectations of a new generation of residents, people who want more independence, more personalization, and more proactive support for their health and wellness. At the same time, organizations are facing rising pressure around falls, staffing constraints, and the need to adopt technology that actually works within existing operations.
In this session, Pat Tarnowski, PT, MBA, Chief Commercial Officer of OneStep, Dr. Sara Kyle, Founder of Everwell, and Veronica "Mo" Carr, Avendelle Assisted Living Franchisee and Founder of MoBetter Global Care, will discuss how senior living can shift from reactive care models to proactive wellness strategies that better support residents across the continuum. The conversation will explore what today’s operators are getting right, where traditional models are falling short, and how practical, low-burden technology can help improve visibility into function, mobility, and resident progress.
