SAIDO Learning: ‘It’s remarkable’ [PODCAST]

"It is really remarkable to see." That's how Catherine Platt describes the Long-Term Living 2013 OPTIMA Award-winning SAIDO Learning program, first developed in Japan to reduce or reverse the effects of dementia.

Platt is an employee of the Eliza Jennings Home of the Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network and volunteers her time there to work with residents who participate in the SAIDO program. In this audio podcast, she describes a typical session and explains how the program affects not only the seniors but also the volunteers who work with them.
