Wesley Village, located in Waco, Texas, is a 375,000-sq.-ft. planned senior living gated community that will accommodate a variety of lifestyles for its residents. The 55-acre site will provide a self-contained, tranquil residential neighborhood environment. The phased project offers many levels of senior living, including 50 executive homes, 80 independent living apartments with an independent living commons building, 50 assisted living units, 20 nursing care units, and 10 dementia units.
