Senior living facility introduces new assisted living model

An assisted senior living provider thinks it’s found the Goldilocks of care.

Autumn Senior Living, LLC, a facility development and management company, is expanding its new independent living light program, “I-Lite,” that allows residents to age in place as opposed to moving each time their level of care advances.

“Residents live the independent life they love with the desired services brought to them in the community,” says CEO Jim Soper in a press release. “We adapt to the residents’ needs, wants and desires. We are not just meeting the demand. We are exceeding it by engaging our residents in life.”

The company has broken ground on three new I-Lite Assisted Living and Memory care facilities in Florida that will add nearly 400 residences. They are expected to be completed in early 2018. Autumn Memory Care residences were designed in cooperation with the University of South Florida Health Byrd Alzheimer’s Institute.

I-Lite provides residents around-the-clock and discrete assisted living services supported by highly-trained staff. Concierge Services also brings the comforts of home to residents through restaurants and cafes, live music every day, an in-depth social calendar and weekly group outings.
