Healthcare CRM software company expands into LTC

Indianapolis-based hc1, the highest-rated healthcare customer relationship management software vendor in the 2016 KLAS Ratings, is bringing its experience in hospital and laboratory customer relationship management to the senior living market.

American Senior Communities, an Indiana long-term care chain, has replaced its manual processes with the hc1 platform to track and compare data across its 87 locations.
