Carlyle Group to Take HCR ManorCare Public with $500 Million IPO

Private equity firm The Carlyle Group will soon take HCR ManorCare public with a roughly $500 million initial public offering, according to a Reuters report based information from anonymous sources.

The IPO is expected to occur after Labor Day, and HCR ManorCare should file IPO registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission within the coming month, the report read.
