2015 OPTIMA Award competition is open

Let the competition begin!

Submission are now being accepted for Long-Term Living's OPTIMA Award, which recognizes innovative, outcomes-oriented programs and initiatives that enhance quality of life and optimum daily functions for residents in long-term care settings—and the teamwork that makes those programs happen. All nursing homes and assisted living facilities nationwide are eligible to enter.

The deadline for receipt of all materials has been extended from May 18 to 5 p.m. EDT on May 22.
