The two-story stacked-stone and stucco structure-with timber architectural accents and natural stone paving-integrates its lodge style into the surrounding rolling green hills.

Woodland Terrace is designed to accommodate the full continuum of senior living needs, beginning with independent living apartments in the main lodge and continuing there with assisted living and special care facilities for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

Of greatest distinction is that living spaces are larger than standard size: studios designed with 523 square feet of living space, and two-bedroom apartments with more than 1,000 square feet. In addition, Woodland Terrace integrates the stimulation of expansive woodland views and natural light into the resident apartments and common areas.

The spacious independent/active adult apartments are equipped with full kitchens and laundry rooms with washers and dryers. Each unit contains ample storage, featuring full walk-in closets. Residents may choose from two-bedroom/two-bath units, one-bedroom/one-bath units and studio (efficiency) units. The one-bedroom and studio units have been designed to accommodate conversion into two-bedroom/two-bath units, providing the operator a flexible unit mix to capture market trends. Pergo« flooring in accent areas and natural wood cabinetry underscore the warm informality of the lodge design.
